The rules that govern your use of fphflights.com and our quotation services.

1. Who we are

FPHFLIGHTS.COM (the "Site") is owned and operated by Reservation Services US LLC ("FPH Flights," "we," "us," or "our"), a Domestic Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of Georgia, USA (Control No. 25105092), with its principal office at 1945 Barnett Shoals Rd, Athens, GA 30605, USA. By accessing or using the Site, or by submitting a quote request, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of our service

FPH Flights is an independent travel service provider offering airfare quotations and travel booking assistance. We are not an airline, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline. Air transportation is provided solely by the operating carrier under that carrier's own conditions of carriage.

The Site is a quotation and inquiry service only. It does not display live fares, process payments, or issue tickets. Submitting a request through the Site creates no booking, no reservation, and no obligation on either side. Any fare information communicated to you is an estimate that remains subject to availability and change until a ticket is actually issued.

3. Quotes, pricing, and fees

  • Quotes are free of charge and carry no obligation to purchase.
  • Airfares change continuously. A quoted fare is not guaranteed until payment is completed and the ticket is issued by the carrier.
  • Where we charge a service fee for booking assistance, that fee will be clearly disclosed to you before any payment is taken. Service fees are generally non-refundable once the related service has been performed, except where required by law.
  • The total price you are asked to pay — including base fare, taxes, government fees, and any service fee — will be confirmed with you before you authorize payment.

4. Bookings made with our assistance

  • Tickets are subject to the fare rules of the issuing carrier, including rules on changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage, and no-shows. Many discounted fares are non-refundable and/or carry change penalties.
  • It is your responsibility to review the itinerary, passenger names, and dates we confirm to you before ticketing. Name corrections after ticketing may be impossible or costly.
  • You are responsible for holding valid travel documents (passport, visas, health requirements) for every traveler on the itinerary.
  • Schedule changes, delays, and cancellations are controlled by the airlines. We will assist you in rebooking where possible, but we are not liable for airline-initiated changes.

5. Communications consent

By submitting a quote request with your phone number and email address, you request and expressly consent to be contacted by Reservation Services US LLC at that number and address — including by phone call, email, and text message — for the purpose of preparing and following up on your quote. Consent to marketing texts or calls is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out at any time by telling your agent, replying STOP to texts, or emailing support@fphflights.com. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false or misleading information; not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; and not to scrape, copy, or interfere with the Site's operation. We may decline service at our discretion, including for suspected fraud.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, text, and graphics are the property of Reservation Services US LLC or its licensors. Airline names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular fare will be available at the time of booking.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reservation Services US LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Site or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount of service fees you actually paid to us for the booking giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reservation Services US LLC and its members, officers, and employees from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clarke County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial and agree that claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as a class action, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
